About Me
My name is Arn, and I’m a Sr. Technical Product Manager at Amazon. I work in Brand Protection, launching products that help keep brands and sellers safe from intellectual property infringement. Previously, I was one of the co-founders of Entrego (now part of Air21), an e-commerce logistics company in the Philippines, where I ran the Strategy and Business Intelligence organization. I also led the Project Management Office of Zalora, a fashion e-commerce firm in Southeast Asia.
I received my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, majoring in Finance and Management Science. A little over a decade ago, I got my Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University. My undergraduate studies were supported by a merit scholarship from the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Foundation, for which I am grateful.
Over time, I’ve collected quite a few hobbies:
1. Started learning tennis in 2021 (with Coach Mel Ampon), took a break for 3 years, and came back in 2024 (with Coach Irvin MacQuarrie).
2. I love teaching. A few years ago, I taught 6 undergraduate classes over two years as a part-time lecturer in Ateneo.
3. I like learning electric guitar solos and nice piano pieces. In 2008, I co-founded the Ateneo Blue Symphony, the university’s first orchestra, with three buddies of mine. It’s now 16 years old!
4. I’m also a stage dad to my very smart yellow Labrador, Peaches (Her tricks: Sit, Down, Stay, Heel, Turn Around, Front, Come, Up, Off, Shake).
5. More recently, I’ve been teaching myself Swift (by auditing Stanford’s CS193p), and powering through Harvard’s CS50x.
